Beautiful views are just one facet of the Church Hill School Condominiums that residents are enjoying in their new spaces.   Reasons for buying homes in the old school building are similar: the view, convenience, quality of the space and construction, ambiance, and most of all the friendly small town of Lanesboro, Minnesota. One of the new owners, Mike Dalton, said that  “People here are almost as nice as in Iowa.”

The owners represent a variety of interests and intentions. Besides Iowa, they come from Afton, Minnetonka, Rochester, and even Lanesboro.

Association members are so enthusiastic about their new “digs” that they are planning an open house for the public.  Location: 201 Ridgeview Lane, Lanesboro;  the free tour hours are 1 to 4 p.m. on June 19.  Everyone is welcome.
