At the ESSENCE of Lanesboro, we have most fun creating new plant essential oil blends that we use to custom scent our wide range of natural body care products.  Today, we are trying to perfect an unusual unisex perfume/cologne that will be called “Suede.”  Smooth, yet sweet and sophisticated, it is an exotic blend of vetiver from Indonesia (grass roots source), rock rose/labdanum from Spain (leaves and stems source), clary sage from Oregon (flowering tops source), petitgrain from  Paraguay (citrus leaf source), bergamot from Italy (citrus peel source), and just a hint of smoky ebirch tar from Russia (cooked wood sap source).  Like all of our plant essential oil blends, it is truly an international collection of exotic natural scents.  We will ad 14 new plant essential oil blend choices this spring.  As in the past, we will custom scent your body care product choices (lotions, liquid soaps, shampoos/conditioners, etc…), and at the scent strength you prefer.  ESSENCE of Lanesboro, 100 Parkway Avenue South, here in beautiful and Historic Lanesboro, Minnesota  507-467-2800 accepts phone orders year round and will reopen our store front the first weekend in April for the new 2010 Season.  We look forward to seeing you soon!
