We very much enjoyed the ambiance of Lanesboro, with its locally owned shops and restaurants. The highlight was biking over 100 miles on the Root River Trail and viewing abundant wildlife and bucolic scenery.
We highly recommend Lanesboro as a place to "get away from it all!"
