Description
This experiential class will incorporate stress management, self-care, and wellness techniques while integrating live music. You will have an opportunity to explore a variety of instruments by listening to and/or playing them. A board-certified music therapist will lead you in music-assisted-relaxation exercises that incorporate mindfulness techniques, such as diaphragmatic breathing, guided imagery, and passive muscle relaxation. No previous music experience is necessary. Preregistration required
