Welcome to the Cottage House Inn and beautiful downtown Lanesboro! Established in 1993, our inn is family built, owned and operated.

The Cottage House Inn makes you feel at home with our clean and comfortable rooms, relaxing front porch and warm hospitality. Open year-round, the family and group friendly Cottage House Inn has 13 standard rooms and two one-bedroom apartment suites. Our public spaces include our breakfast room where coffee and tea are served, our inviting lobby, and our meeting room with the capacity to seat 32-40 people. Our spaces provide an excellent place to host your reunion, retreat, workation, or family getaway.

Conveniently located on Parkway Avenue, you will find our location has easy access to the Root River State Trail and is within walking distance to the Commonweal Theatre Company, multiple restaurants and bars, retail shops, the city park, and the Root River! We are proud to be your Inn when you’re out.
