Lanesboro, MN -- During the annual Lanesboro Business Walking Tour (sponsored by Merchants Bank, Lanesboro Area Chamber of Commerce and High Court Pub) the Business Community cut ribbon and warmly welcomed 5th Sun Gardens run by Luis Hummel (read and watch the KIMT Coverage by Brooke McKivergan) and took a stroll through the town, visiting a dozen local businesses. The underlying idea is to "meet, greet and learn about neighbor bussiness to serve and promote Lanesboro during it's busy season, just right around the corner" said one of the participants. Happy Hour and further networking @ High Court Pub crowned the event.

Business Walking Tour is open to public. Lanesboro Area Chamber of Commerce Executive Director envisons more of such events in the future -- regardless of the weather, quoting the Norwegian's "there is no such thing as bad weather -- only bad clothing."
