We had an amazing visit to Lanesboro! The Hotel was a big part of it. The location is perfect. Parking is easy. The Hotel is super clean and comfortable. The service, even though automated, was excellent and attentive. I am not a techy person, which became apparent on two different occasions and they were quick to respond and correct my issues. If I had one suggestion it would be regarding the climate control. The room was warm. The fan provided would have been fine but needs instructions. I found myself trying to figure it out in the middle of night-not easy. Will definitely recommend Hotel Lanesboro to others.

We are glad you found the hotel clean and comfortable, regardless of each room not being able to be individually controlled for temperature. With our old 1872 building, some things are not an option. But we will definitely find a way to give instructions for the large tower fans in each room so they are easier to use!
