This historic hotel is located in the boutique downtown with the river running along the back side and a small outdoor area too, with seating. It was renovated/refreshed by a couple who enjoys this type of work and they did a beautiful job with clean, modern charm, high end products (hair dryer, coffee machine with 30 choices, comfortable bedding and pillows, wonderful towels, a beautiful shower and a sisal rug on luxury vinyl floors. We stayed on the 2nd floor in room 1 and had 3 windows and lots of nice light. No elevator, if that’s an issue. Check in is at 3 on a key pad which also works for your room and the host is very clear and communicative. It truly is so lovely and only steps away from creative Juniper restaurant with deck seating by the river and a wonderful chef. Highly recommend both hotel and restaurant!
