I stopped at Peddle Pushers Cafe in Lanesboro while traveling for work and grabbed lunch before heading back to the Twin Cities. I had the protein chicken bowl, and it was delicious with fresh toppings, beans, salsa, and great flavor. The homemade root beer was the perfect addition. I'll definitely be stopping here again the next time I'm in the area!
