My stay at Green Gables was a little interesting to start, but it quickly became an amazing and well cared for visit. When I arrived it was extremely easy to check in and access my room, however, when we opened the door it appeared the room had accidentally not been cleaned from the previous tenant. The number for the owner was prominently displayed in the lobby so I called and they immediately answered and apologized for the error in their system and sent someone out to clean the room within 10 minutes of the call. Upon notification that our room was done, we went back and it was as clean as ever! The next morning we left our room for breakfast and the owner was present in the outdoor patio. He immediately flagged us down and continued to apologize about the inconvenience, to which we promptly ensured no worries as it was resolved incredibly quickly. I would highly recommend staying at Green Gables as we encountered a slight accidental hiccup and it was instantly remedied and the owner displayed true passion and accountability for their Inn!
