The staff are amazing, helpful and knowledgeable. Jo gave a very entertaining AND informative presentation. You can definitely tell that everyone here genuinely enjoys what they do and are passionate about owls. Gift shop had some super cute items, reasonably priced and I loved the kid's artwork everywhere. Can't wait for the new facility!
