Riverview Campground offers tent sites and 16 RV camper sites with water and electric hookups, making it a comfortable option for both tent campers and RV travelers exploring southeast Minnesota. Campers have access to the bathhouse in nearby Sylvan Park, which includes restrooms and coin-operated showers for added convenience.
Its location along the Root River makes Riverview an excellent basecamp for outdoor recreation. From here, visitors can enjoy fishing, paddling, biking the Root River State Trail, and walking into historic downtown Lanesboro for dining, shopping, theater, and local events.
The campground operates seasonally from approximately April through November. Camping rates are $40 per night for RV sites with water and electric hookups and $25 per night for tent sites, with weekly rates available for longer stays. Check-in begins at 12:00 PM (noon) and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
