While Humbird's music addresses complex systemic and societal issues\, it is able to transcend listeners to a space of unity and togetherness.\n\nReleased in 2019 was Humbird's debut full-length album Pharmakon. Due to its harmonic folk style\, it has received praise from countless people. The release garnered millions of online streams and a wide range of accolades\, including 89.3FM The Current's "Best Local Albums Of The Year\," one of City Page's "Picked To Click" Awards\, "Best Minnesota Albums" from the Star Tribune\, and as an official showcasing artist at SXSW in Austin.\n\nThough this indie folk group started as a side project by the lead singer and songwriter\, Siri Undlin\, it quickly became her main focus. In addition\, Humbird now also consists of drummer Peter Quirsfeld\, bassist Pat Keen\, and co-producer Adelyn Strei. Their music has an air of both folk and Americana\, and each song tells a different\, touching story. Still Life\, the band's newest release deals with the intersection of so many powerful emotions while also bringing a familiar comfort to its listeners.
