John Nelson enjoys an exemplary reputation among real estate professionals. A specialist in many of Rochester's most desirable areas and sub-divisions. John passion is rural areas down by his home town Lanesboro. It's known as God's Country and he enjoys meeting with buyers, sellers, Farm Land Owners and Commercial all around Fillmore, Houstonand Winona county. He has an office located just outside Lanesboro and Preston area on State Highway 52. John exhibits an intense knowledge of real estate trends, marketing and advertising, existing residential homes, new construction, vacant land and farm land and commercial.

John is active in the Rochester community and gives his time to a variety of charities. John currently lives in Rochester. He grew up in Lanesboro and has lived in the SE Minnesota area for over 35 years and the Twin Cities subburbs of Lakeville and Shakopee area for 15 years. He is a Veteran of the U.S. Navy serving in the Gulf War (Bahrain) and is a member of the VFW and American Legion.
